Meet the Doctor
Dr. Rick Brescia was born and raised in Frankfort, IL. As a student at Lincoln-Way High School he played football for two years and graduated in 1997. In 1999 he started college at Joliet Junior College, receiving his A.A. Degree in 2001. He moved to Davenport, IA. to attend Palmer in October 2004, and graduated in February 2008. As a student at Palmer, Dr. Rick served three internships in conjuction with the rigorous class schedule of school. He travel to Salvador Brazil on a clinic abroad trip, where he adjusted over 200 men, women, and children the week he was there. He also worked to acheive over 100 seminar hours of study in the Gonstead System of Chiropractic at the Gonstead Methodology Institute. He moved back to Frankfort in March 2008 and has been working to open New Horizons Family Chiropractic since. Dr. Rick has been helping families acheive optimal health by empowering them to make educated health decisions and helping them to maximize the full express of their inborn potential.New Horizons Family Chiropractic has been serving the community since November 2008. As a chiropractor, Dr. Rick's mission is to educate and adjust as many families as possible towards optimal health through specific chiropractic care. He is comitted to the health and wellbeing of his practice members and the community. He continues to educate himself by attending many seminars and chiropractic workshops each year. His future plans are to acheive a Diplomate in Chiropractic Philosophy, and acheive a Diplomate in the Gonstead System of Chiropractic.
Dr. Rick has been a licensed Chiropractor since March 2008

- Attended University of Illinois at Chicago and Governors State University before attending Palmer

Sarah is the Office Manager at New Horizons Family Chiropractic. She is very dedicated to serving both our Practice Members and the community. She acheived her Bachelor's Degree from Western Illinois University in December 2007, and an Associate of Science Degree from Joliet Junior College in 2001. She also has a dog named Tyler, and loves animals |
